At SomaHire, we are committed to providing high-quality AI-powered testing services for individuals, healthcare professionals, and organizations. Due to the nature of our digital assessments and the instant delivery of results, we maintain the following refund policy:
Digital Test Purchases
All purchases of personality and stress tests made through the SomaHire platform are final. Because results are generated and delivered immediately after completion, we do not offer refunds once a test has been taken or accessed.
Duplicate Payments or Technical Errors
If you are charged more than once for the same test or experience a technical error that prevents access to your results, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction. We will verify the issue and issue a full or partial refund if applicable.
Unused Services
Refunds for unused tests or bulk testing credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of purchase and must include proof that no assessments were launched or completed under the account.
Subscription Plans
If you are on a subscription plan, you may cancel at any time. However, refunds are not issued for the current billing cycle once a subscription has been activated. Future billing will stop upon cancellation.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or report a billing issue, please email our support team at support@somahire.com with the following:
• Full name and account email
• Date and amount of the charge
• Description of the issue
Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
