Due to the nature of our digital assessments and the instant delivery of results, we maintain the following refund policy:<br \/><br \/><strong>Digital Test Purchases<\/strong><br \/>All purchases of personality and stress tests made through the SomaHire platform are final. Because results are generated and delivered immediately after completion, we do not offer refunds once a test has been taken or accessed.<br \/><br \/><strong>Duplicate Payments or Technical Errors<\/strong><br \/>If you are charged more than once for the same test or experience a technical error that prevents access to your results, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction. We will verify the issue and issue a full or partial refund if applicable.<br \/><br \/><strong>Unused Services<\/strong><br \/>Refunds for unused tests or bulk testing credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of purchase and must include proof that no assessments were launched or completed under the account.<br \/><br \/><strong>Subscription Plans<\/strong><br \/>If you are on a subscription plan, you may cancel at any time. However, refunds are not issued for the current billing cycle once a subscription has been activated.
